Product Availability

We always try to keep our website as up to date as possible but cannot guarantee that all products are always available. If we cannot supply a product that you have ordered you will be notified by email and we will refund the amount debited from your account.

DELIVERY

The majority of our items are shipped via Royal Mail. The cost of delivery is calculated when you place your order. Buy4her standard delivery charge is £4.99.

Orders placed before 6pm will be processed the same day. Orders placed after 6pm will be processed the following day so please add 24hrs to your delivery time if placing an order after this time. All delivery and returns information is detailed under Product Order Codes You will find your Product Order Code at the bottom of each product page.

Most items will require a signature on delivery.  Please ensure that you select a delivery address where there will be someone at home.

Adult items are shipped in discreet brown boxes with no indication of contents.

A few little things to note:

• Please allow extra time for delivery at Christmas
• We can only deliver to UK addresses
• We cannot deliver to PO Boxes
• Please allow extra time for delivery to the Scottish Highlands and Northern Ireland and please note that there may be extra delivery charges for these postcodes.

NEXT DAY DELIVERY

To qualify for next day delivery you must order before 1pm (Monday - Friday). Orders placed after this time may require an extra day
