Returns Policy

Generic returns procedure is as follows:

All claims for delivery shortages and damages must be reported immediately by email to returns@buy4her.co.uk 

Please also notify us by email if you wish to return a faulty or defective product. returns@buy4her.co.uk You must provide us with the order reference number and the reason for returning the item. (If your item has Order Code C your must also provide a GRN). We will then provide a returns address. All returns must be received within 7 days of delivery*.

Lingerie and adult goods are non returnable. Almost all other items can be returned if faulty or defective (for more info see terms and conditions). We do not accept returns for unwanted or mistake purchases.
